I have been practicing yoga for over 14 years and an instructor for 11 years! I like to approach yoga with a playful attitude and an open mind. My classes are a Hatha blend style of yoga. I welcome all levels and abilities from beginner to advanced. Yoga promotes harmony of the human being's 3 components: body, mind and spirit. By connecting with these components through breath and asana we are able to be more fully present in each moment.
