​​Yoga found me at my local gym & I was hooked from day one! My love of Yoga lead me to become an instructor in 2002. I have been honored to share my passion for Yoga with others for the past 11 years! My teaching style is compassionate & light-hearted.  I seek to make yoga practical & fun by approaching it with an open mind & playful attitude. My classes are a Hatha/Flow blend style of Yoga with an emphasis on breath & form. I welcome all levels & abilities from the beginner to more advanced practitioners. I strive to make my classes an opportunity to explore sensation & practice mindfulness as a way to connect to our authentic selves. Yoga promotes harmony of the human being's 3 components:  Body, Mind & Spirit. By connecting with these components through breath and asana we are able to be more fully present in each moment.
